Bella and Sheggz have had a lot of relationship ups and downs and now discuss a way forward for their ship in and outside the House.
Their first fallout was Sheggz’s calling Bella out on her selfishness after preparing a meal she did not want to eat. Their next disagreement saw Bella complain about Sheggz’s rudeness after he flipped on her after dinner one time. Sheggz has expressed his disapproval of Bella’s attitude countless times, calling her disrespectful and uncaring. The two have since been okay one minute and locked in an argument the next. Their ups and downs led to a temporary breakup on Day 44.
Watch Shella breakup:
Like always, the two reconciled shortly after they broke up, and today calmy had a productive conversation about the nature of their relationship.
“It’s normal that we will have clashes, because we are getting to know each other,” said Sheggz to Bella during their morning conversation in the Bedroom. This conversation was sparked by Sheggz having told Bella that he wants to live freely even though he is with her. Bella could not comprehend what that meant and added that she will voice her concern if his freedom does not make her comfortable, and she should like her to change that behaviour.
Their conversation led to a talk about infidelity. Sheggz informed Bella that he has a lot of female friends, but would never cheat on her “anyway”. Bella had previously asked Sheggz to tone down his closeness to his female friends, and he consented. However, he said he changed his mind when he saw how she is carrying herself. His challenge is Bella’s unwillingness to make necessary changes to her behaviour by asking him, “what should I do about that?” This is especially the case because Sheggz’s response to behavioural change requests is, “I will deal with that accordingly”.
This lack of reciprocation is a big concern for Sheggz who has stated numerous times that Bella is always ready to fight and he finds that unnecessary. On Day 46, Rachel and Sheggz locked horns in a food fight, and Bella intervened and escalated the fight. Sheggz asked her to stay in the Bedroom numerous times if he loved her, but she could not contain her anger.
“You don’t move like someone that deserves that,” Sheggz to Bella about him making changes for her.
What is the way forward?
Sheggz wants them to have a relationship that can move in stages, and their happiness relies on that. He would like them to like each other and fall in love without it being serious. Their relationship will only be serious when Bella knows him well and knows his likes and dislikes. As he has said before, Bella needs to know which boxes she should not step in when it comes to their ship.
Is Sheggz trying to change Bella too much? Will their ship last in and outside the House?
