Mon Cheri has been through a lot and feels unsupported.
When the Houses received their Wager Task Brief this past Monday, Diana thought to herself, “this is my week.” She reflected on this during her one-on-one session with her pre-show roommate, Amaka, today. She shed tears about how the Task has taken a turn for her. According to Diana, Housemates deciding on using Modella’s beauty brand name, SkinDella, sidelines her. The Housemates are to produce self-care products in line with this week’s theme: care and kindness.
When the Housemates were brainstorming ideas for the Task, Level 2 Housemates raised Modella’s brand and suggested that they use her name, and everyone consented. They asked Diana if she would also like to be at the forefront, but her response was sceptical. The Housemates then moved on.
Now, Diana feels like her former Level 1 Housemates did not support her like Level 2 Housemates supported Modella. Talking to Amaka, she wishes they had mentioned that Diana aspires to own a beauty brand, although it is not a product.
Diana spoke to Modella and Allysyn in the Garden earlier today and with a shaky voice, expressed her feelings about the matter. Allysyn and Modella felt that Diana did not speak up when asked about her willingness to participate in the Task when roles were assigned.
In later conversations, Amaka and Allysyn encouraged Diana to step up to the Challenge and take the front seat. They both feel like she stepped back when conversations took place regarding the Task. She feels like she expressed her interest, but needed her Housemates to support her because they know that beauty is her field of interest.
Earlier in the season, Diana was encouraged by her Housemates, especially Allysyn and Eloswag, to get into the beauty business. They felt she could be a good face and hand model because she has beautiful skin. She told them she wants to venture into that business and own a beauty parlour.
This issue added to Diana’s challenges in the House. Her weekend was a rollercoaster, and the end of the ride is not in sight. Her “thing” with Giddyfia has become complex, especially now that the Houses have merged. During the Saturday Night Party, she had a face-off with Rachel, whom she felt had an agenda with Giddyfia. She called Rachel an idiot as Diana sat on the Garden couch with Giddyfia.

When she was trying to move on from that, she was attacked by Chichi. Chichi insulted her because Diana used Deji’s locker when they moved in together. That fight ended in tears, with Diana crying in Eloswag’s arms.
Diana does not like the fact that she has been crying so much. Amaka advised her to face her challenges head-on.
