Big Brother might have been onto something with his line of questioning during yesterday’s Diary Sessions when he asked Housemates how the ships in the House could affect Housemates’ games. During the Minimie Task, Housemates were allowed to choose their teammates and they instinctively went for those they felt a connection with.

Sheggz chose Bella and his friends Dotun and Groovy. Daniella also made the team, perhaps because she is close to Dotun. How could we forget that Fake Housemate, Deji and Sheggz had struck up a good friendship in the House? Due to this, Chichi also made it onto Sheggz’s team. One has to wonder if Sheggz’s decision to choose Chichi was only spurred by his loyalty to Deji since Sheggz also came to Chichi’s rescue when she was in an altercation with Adekunle, a move that saw him and the latter butt heads.

Chomzy and Eloswag who are close also found themselves on the same team. They were in a team with Adekunle who pointed out in a conversation with Chizzy that the alliances that were apparent during the Task. He said that there are Housemates that are closer to one another when compared to others in the House, a point that Chizzy refuted by saying, “no one likes anybody in this House.” Adekunle begged to differ and pointed out how the Housemates gravitated toward one another when it came to picking members of their teams.

Doyin, who was the leader of her team, chose her friends; Allysyn, Bryann, Hermes, and Chizzy. She sparked a friendship with Bryann and Chizzy in recent times but her friendship with Bryann seemed to fray at the end of the Task. Both Bryann and Doyin discussed the strange vibes she was getting from him in the Arena. Bryann revealed that there were things about Doyin he didn’t approve of during the Quidax Task that occurred weeks before today, but Doyin called his bluff and probed further. The discussion didn’t end anywhere since Bryann failed to reveal what truly bothered him about her.
